Dapper Lighting will repair or replace its Dapper Lighting branded products which fail to give satisfactory performance due to defective workmanship or materials, based upon the terms and conditions of the following described warranty plans attributed to that specific product. Most products carry a FIVE-YEAR warranty. During this warranty period, Dapper Lighting will repair or replace at our option any part or unit which proves to be defective in material or workmanship. This warranty does NOT cover damage to equipment arising from alteration, abuse, misuse, damage, installation error, and does not cover any repairs or replacement made by anyone other than Dapper Lighting. The foregoing obligation is Dapper Lightings' sole liability under this or any implied warranty and under no circumstances shall we be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. If you have any questions regarding warranty service, please contact Dapper Lighting.

HID Ballast Warranty: HID Ballasts are voltage sensitive and can be tricky to diagnose. Before calling in, please make sure all ballasts are receiving full voltage. Check all relays and ensure all connectors are firmly in place. Narrow down the problem by switching parts around to see if the problem follows the part. If you need help after following the steps, give us a call and we'll try our best to diagnose the problem with you. The last resort is sending in the ballast for testing and replacement. We bench test every ballast we receive by inputting power to the ballast and leaving the HID bulb on for 30 minutes. If the ballast fails, we will send you a replacement. If the ballast passes, we will return the ballast at your cost. If you need a replacement ballast while we test the ballast, a $60 deposit (refunded upon return) will be needed to send one out.
