Pricing
- Wholesale pricing: Our wholesale prices only available to approved wholesale accounts. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without notice.
- MSRP: We ask that products be listed at MSRP.
- MAP: We do not have a MAP program implemented at this time.
Build Time & Shipping
- Build Time: Wholesale orders are prioritized in the build queue.
- An accelerated Rush program is offered for 1 or 2 day build time. Contact your representative for more information.
- Shipping time: Orders are generally shipped in 1-3 weeks.
- Shipping cost: Shipping costs will be calculated based on shipping method, weight, and destination of the order.
- International shipping: International shipping is available through a selection of shipping companies.
Returns & Exchanges
- Damaged or defective items: Wholesale Dealers have 30 days from the delivery date to notify us of any damaged or defective items.
- Returns: Wholesale Dealers have 30 days from the delivery date to return orders. Orders may be subject to a restocking fee.
