Free Shipping Terms and Conditions
Limited-time offer. Free standard ground shipping is available to eligible destinations within the contiguous United States, subject to the terms below.
1) Eligibility and scope
- Applies to deliveries within the lower forty eight United States. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other United States territories, APO, FPO, DPO, and P.O. boxes are not eligible.
- Valid on retail orders placed through our website. We may exclude commercial resale orders or unusually large multi unit purchases at our discretion.
2) How the promotion works
- A promotional shipping credit is applied to eligible orders at checkout.
- If the carrier charge does not exceed the promotion, your shipping cost at checkout will show as zero.
- If the carrier charge exceeds the promotion, you will see only the remaining amount due.
- The promotion applies once per order in total, not per box or per item.
3) Service level and carrier selection
- Applies to standard ground or economy services only.
- Carrier and service are selected at our discretion based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
- Transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
4) Oversize, heavy, and freight shipments
- Items that exceed common carrier size or weight limits, or that require freight or special handling, are not fully covered by this promotion. Any remaining freight or handling charges are the customer’s responsibility.
5) Expedited and upgraded services
- Two day, next day, and other expedited options are not included in free shipping.
- When available, you may select an upgraded service at checkout. The promotional credit will apply and you will pay any remaining amount.
6) Split shipments and multiple boxes
- Orders may ship in more than one box or on different days. The promotional credit applies once to the combined shipment for that order.
7) Address requirements and delivery changes
- A valid street address may be required for ground delivery.
- Fees charged by the carrier for address corrections, redelivery, signature add ons, intercepts, rerouting, refusals, or returns to sender are the customer’s responsibility and are not covered by this promotion.
8) International orders, duties, and taxes
- International shipping is not eligible. Duties, taxes, brokerage, and customs fees are the recipient’s responsibility.
9) Returns and exchanges
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated in our Return Policy.
- For returns of nondefective items, the actual outbound shipping cost covered by this promotion is nonrefundable and may be deducted from any refund.
- All returns are governed by our Return Policy, which controls in the event of a conflict.
10) Nontransferability and misuse
- The offer has no cash value and may not be sold, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
- We may modify, suspend, or revoke the offer for suspected misuse or fraudulent activity.
11) Promotion period and updates
- This is a limited-time promotional offer and may change or end without notice.
- Changes apply to future orders only. The version in effect at the time of purchase will govern that order.
