Better customer resolution needed.

**Quality of the physical lights are not an issue** Solid when speaking of the over all product. Here is the reason for my subjective low review. I’m a paying customer. And if you are looking at this product you know that it’s closer to a $500 purchase once it’s all said and done (with add ons and such). The wiring is way too long. Might save some money in product if made shorter for specific models. I purchased these for a late 3rd Gen Firebird. The headlight connector IS a 3 ping connector but it’s different design to what Dappers adapter was sent. I called Dapper to get this fixed thinking it was going to be as easy as them sending the correct adapter (which fits a Camaro of the same year/gen). To my surprise when I spoke to Dapper they told me that they actually didn’t have the connection that I needed, so I would need to modify my Firebird wiring to fit their adapter. Followed by being told that I would need to purchase from them or buy on my own to ale it work. As a customer service professional myself I would have hopped they would help with a credit at the very least. But nope, left a negative impression.
